Matterhorn Platform Rules

1. Allowed use

• Build and launch genuine, lawful applications that add real utility to users
• Follow all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction

2. Prohibited use

• Any nefarious or harmful project, including malware, exploits, or tools intended to disrupt or deceive.
• Scam, fraud, phishing, impersonation, pump‑and‑dump schemes, or market manipulation
• Adult content, pornography, sexual content involving minors, or sexually explicit material
• Content that is hateful, harassing, incites violence, or violates privacy or intellectual property rights
• Activities that violate financial, data‑protection, or other regulatory requirements

3. Enforcement

• Use of the platform for any purpose other than building authentic and lawful decentralized applications is strictly prohibited
• Violations may result in immediate and permanent account bans
• We will report suspected criminal activity and any pornographic content involving exploitation to the relevant authorities

4. Responsibility

• You are responsible for all content and activity under your account, including that of collaborators you invite
• We may remove content or restrict access at our discretion to protect users and comply with law

5. Updates
